Job Openings in our Portland, ME Headquarters Office:

Posted February 18, 2021 – Full Time Positions:

  • Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include :

Customer Service: Order taking, delivery schedule maintenance, fielding calls from customers, system maintenance (SAP invoices, etc).

Marketing Assistant: Proof-reading copy, assisting with trade shows (scheduling, set-up materials), packing and shipping of marketing items and samples.

HR Assistant: Coordinating on-boarding of new employees (technical ID’s/access, phone/email set-up, etc).  Benefit administration (getting new employees signed up, removing employees who depart), employee file maintenance / ‘clean-up’

Job Openings in our Marion Facility:

Posted August 13, 2020 – Full Time Permanent Positions:

  • General Laborer (6 Positions)
  • Front-End Loader (2 Positions)
  • Forklift Operator

Shifts will run three on, three off, 12-hour day shifts only (no night shifts). On-site training will be provided.  Experience is preferred but not required.

Coast of Maine offers very competitive pay rates.  Hourly pay, including production incentives, averages $15+ per hour.  In addition, we offer a range of insurance benefits (health, dental, life, disability), paid time off and a 401K savings plan (with company match!)
